Create a cosy nook that emanates warmth and comfort

Add on some plush textured cushions for comfort while warming up the space with candles big and small. A woven ceiling lamp will be the extra source of light, much needed in the grey months. As you create the space remember to keep the seasonal tone in mind and work with soft, pale colours instead of vibrant ones. Mixing woven, crocheted and knitted wool pieces creates added interest, and if you are someone who enjoys knitting go ahead and use something you may have made yourself. Now all you need is a throw to get comfortable under, while a cup of coffee and a beautiful winter view will do the rest.
